Lizzie Ball, Born in 1981, is a music graduate and instrumental scholar of St.John’s College, Cambridge, Royal College of Music and Guildhall School of Music, under David Takeno and Yossi Zivoni.
Violinistic collaborations have included solo concertos with Nigel Kennedy (performances in Symphony Hall Birmingham, Birdgewater Hall Manchester and the Royal Albert Hall London), and performances with Pekka Kuusisto, Nico Muhly, Simply Red, Omara Portuondo, Nitin Sawhney, Meatloaf, Sir John Dankworth, Kanye West, Chucho Valdes, Buddy Greco, Airto Moreira, Jamie Cullum, Britten Sinfonia and many more, performing for audiences ranging from 50 people to 36,000 people.
Lizzie is also an accomplished vocalist, particularly in the genres of jazz and latin folk. She gave her vocal debut with the Philharmonia Orchestra in 2010 and is a regular guest artists at Ronnie Scotts Jazz Club with her bands Eclectica (with Bernard Gregor-
